I don't see anything lesser than a new laptop condition. Mr sudhakar is very knowledgeable in laptops subject. He can guide up to any extent technically. I am confident about it. If u are buying laptop, I suggest you must go to this store, meet them. Know it thoroughly about what is special about the product. Then take the decision to buy... Don't just go with wrong attractions which outside market offers pike discounts and free gifts. No one gives from pocket. Remember this strongly.

I live in Warangal transferred money online to this dealer to purchase laptop. I trusted him only based on all your reviews. It was really such a good feel that he is really shown utmost care in sending me laptop. It was delayed in RTC courier. He followed it and updated me almost every day morning and evening. It was RTC mistake but he took such a great ownership. And after delivery l felt so happy looking at packaging and the laptop condition also. This delay caused some dissatisfaction but the moment I saw the laptop, everything gone and it's a very good decision to deal with just unboxed store. I will buy one more very soon for my cousin. As I was promised, the product came olto me in very good condition. Impressive thing was packing. It was packed with very strong packing with bubble covers etc. I felt the packing far better than any other online store also. Laptop is just excellent. It's almost like new one. First of all all the laptops which I have seen in the store were in very new condition. I liked and bought Dell 5290 laptop. Unfortunately I got problem with the laptop on very first day but when complained, this shop owner himself came to my house to replace the laptop.
It must be a coincidence that the laptop was defective but the way it was resolved was commendable. Now it's working perfectly fine.

Bought lonovo L14 laptop i5 12th generation. Its a surprise to me. It is just like a new one. Not even a hair line scratch. Very very clean condition. I searched few other vendors.. they quote with less price also.. but when i visited them.. they looked ao ugly with scratches dents paint gone.
